Now I will admit that the flavor of this beverage isn't for everyone, but the beverage will work wonders on the immune system. For step one of the preparation process, please wash and rinse your carrots and tomatoes, making sure to remove the stems from the veggies. Next take out your juice machine, place a tall glass under the spout, and turn on the machine. For the next step you can begin feeding your produce through the juicer. Depending on the size of the tomatoes, you might have to slice them into wedges, so that you can fit them into the juicer. Once your glass is full of liquid, stir it up using a long swizzle stick or butter knife.
