Carrot juice not only tastes great, it's also rich with essential vitamins and minerals that help protect the body from many different types of ailments. Carrot juice is especially rich with vitamin A, which can help keep your skin healthy, and slow down the signs of aging. I personally drink carrot juice for the taste, and would probably continue to do so even if the health benefits were not included in the drink. Over the course of the years, I generally find that there seem to be two types of carrot juice drinkers, those that don't particularly like the taste, but force it down to get the vitamins and minerals, and those folks like me, that drink it solely for taste. I would have to say that most carrot juice drinkers we cater to seem to fit into the same category as myself, while only a small minority stating they drink it but don't really like it. I've also heard from many clients saying that the taste took some time to get used to.
Carrot juice tastes very sweet in most cases, and depending how well you screen out the pulp, it's usually only slightly denser than plain water. Carrot pulp is a great source of fiber, and some blends can be only lightly screened for a much thicker density, usually consisting of a drink texture similar to that of a light milkshake.
